The Foundation Stones of the New Jerusalem necklace features twelve pearls representing the 12 gates. There are twelve 6 millimeter stones that represent the foundation of the city of the New Jerusalem. They are Jasper, Emerald, Chrysolite (Peridot), Chrysoprasus, Sapphire, Sardonyx, Beryl (Aquamarine), Jacinth (Zircon), Chalcedony, Sardius (Carnelian), Topaz, and Amethyst. These stones have ‘anisotropic’ properties. When scientists shine cross polarized through them (a form of pure light), they come alive with colors not normally seen by our bare eyes.

As described in Revelation, God is the pure light illuminating the New Jerusalem at its very center, and because of this, there is no night there.
